MP HC: Wife Being Disrespectful to Husband and His Family Amounts to Cruelty - 23.03.2023

Madhya Pradesh High Court while upholding dissolution of marriage on grounds of cruelty has observed that wife being disrespectful towards husband or his family member would construe as cruelty towards him.
