Delhi HC: Repeated Use of Derogatory Words Against Husband & His Family Amounts to Cruelty - 17.02.2023

Delhi High Court while upholding dissolution of a couple’s marriage on ground of cruelty, has observed that repeated use of derogatory words by the wife against husband and his family of such magnitude and impact as would have caused mental suffering clearly amounts to cruelty.
