Sebi Issues Listing Norms for Non-Convertible Debentures in Mergers - 29.05.2017

Sebi has issued framework for listing of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)& Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) following M&As allowing such listing only where listed firm is a part of such scheme & such securities are issued to holders of specified securities of such listed entity.
