Kerala High Court: Wife Paying Maintenance to Able Bodied Husband Would Promote “Idleness” - 22.05.2017

Kerala High Court has quashed a husband’s claim for maintenance, observing that maintenance under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act is to be paid to husband only when he is able to prove any incapability or handicap.
