Gujarat HC: Divorced Wife, Who Deserted Husband, Entitled To Maintenance - 08.05.2017

Gujarat High Court, while holding that term ‘wife’ in Section 125(4) of CrPC would not include a divorced wife, has observed that a lady, from whom husband obtained divorce on ground of desertion, would still be entitled to maintenance.
