Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Second Amendment Rules, 2015

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs notified amendment to Rule 2(i)(c)(viii) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014. Aside from being permitted to provide money to his or her company, a director, or person related to the director, must furnish a declaration that the same was not received by borrowing or accepting loans or deposits from others.
