Bombay HC: ‘Prolonged Separation’ No Ground to Deny Maintenance to Wife - 16.01.2017

Bombay High Court has held that prolonged separation does not affect woman’s right to seek maintenance from her husband under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, if she is unable to sustain herself.
