Delhi HC: Allegation of Adultery Most "Painful”, Amounts to Cruelty - 25.11.2016

Delhi High Court while granting divorce to a man who was accused by his wife of having illicit relationship with another woman, has observed that allegation of adultery levelled by a spouse is most "painful" for a person.
