SEBI Opens Fresh Avenues for Firms to List on Nation-Wide Bourses - 12.10.2016

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in order to safeguard investors of firms listed on non-operational bourses, has allowed such companies to raise capital through preferential allotment route to meet listing requirements.
