Delhi HC: Call Records & Locations Admissible under NDPS Act If Privacy is Protected - 14.10.2025

Delhi High Court observed that in NDPS Act cases, call data records of the raiding team and police informers can be produced in court, as there is no legal bar, provided that adequate measures are taken to ensure their safety and protect their privacy.
