Kerala HC: Spouse’s Ill Treatment of Children is Cruelty under Section 10(1) Divorce Act - 08.10.2025

Kerala High Court held that ill-treatment of children by a spouse amounts to mental cruelty towards the other spouse and qualifies as valid grounds for divorce under Section 10(1)(x) of the Divorce Act, 1869, allowing dissolution of marriage on this basis.
