Delhi HC: Rise in Husband's Income, Living Costs Valid for Increasing Wife's Maintenance - 04.09.2025

Delhi High Court ruled that an increase in the husband's income and his rising cost of living are valid grounds for enhancing a wife’s maintenance. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma granted relief to a wife who had challenged a family court's order rejecting her request for increased maintenance.
