Del. HC: Maintenance Under DV Act Not Tethered on Inability of Wife/ Victim to Maintain Herself - 12.09.2024

Delhi High Court has observed that unlike Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is not tethered on the inability of the wife/ victim to maintain herself.
