CIC Denies Disclosure of Assets & Liabilities of SEBI Chairman - 14.06.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC) has ruled that disclosure of assets and liabilities of SEBI Chairman Sinha is "likely to cause unwarranted invasion of privacy of the individual" and overturned its own pro-disclosure order of 2014 .
