HP HC: Adultery Not a Ground to Automatically Disqualify Divorced Wife from Receiving Maintenance - 24.07.2024

Himachal Pradesh High Court has observed that a divorced wife cannot be automatically disqualified from receiving maintenance under Section 125(4) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 only on the ground that she was living in adultery.
