Kar. HC: Husband Allowed to Initiate Criminal Proc. Against Wife for Falsely Accusing Him of Cruelty - 02.07.2024

Karnataka High Court has observed that if the wife grossly misuses and abuses the process of law and falsely accuses the husband of cruelty, the husband must be given liberty to initiate proceedings for malicious prosecution or initiate proceedings under Section 211 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
