Mad. HC: Child Needs Safe & Caring Environment While Growing up, Corporal Punishment Not a Solution - 27.04.2024

Madras High Court while hearing a plea for implementation of Guidelines for Elimination of Corporal Punishment in Schools, has observed that a child in his / her growing years requires a safe and caring environment and corporal punishment is never the solution to guide the child.
