8 Weeks Time Given to UP Govt. to Consider Need for Guidelines on Invocation of Gangsters Act - 22.04.2024

Supreme Court has given eight weeks time to the Government of Uttar Pradesh for considering the need to lay down guidelines for invocation of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
