MP HC: Maintenance Can’t be Sought by Woman from Second Marriage if First Marriage Subsists - 13.03.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a woman, having solemnized second marriage to another person is not entitled to maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 when her first marriage still subsists.
