Delhi High Court: Wife Igniting Animosity and Hostility in Child Against Father Amounts to Cruelty - 04.03.2024

Delhi High Court has held that the act of the aggrieved wife of igniting animosity and hostility in the minor child against the father is not only an act of extreme cruelty to the father but also gross inhumanity to the child.
