Karnataka HC: Woman’s Alleged Illicit Relationship With Complainant’s Husband Not Cruelty - 19.02.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that the accused is not a family member or in-laws in order to be implicated under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code therefore proceeding against her cannot be sustainable for the offence punishable under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code or any other offence.
