Del. HC: Pressurising Husband to Fulfill Dreams Not Within His Financial Reach Amounts to Cruelty - 05.02.2024

Del. HC while upholding divorce on grounds of cruelty by wife has held that pressurising the husband to fulfill “distant and whimsical dreams” not within his financial reach may create a sense of persistent dissatisfaction which would be sufficient mental strain to lose contentment in married life.
