Ch HC: Impotency of Husband Sufficient Reason for Wife to Reside Separately, Entitled to Maintenance - 29.01.2024

Chhattisgarh High Court has observed that the impotency of the husband would be sufficient reason for the wife to reside separately and in such cases she would be entitled to maintenance under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
