Kar. HC: Juvenility of the Accused Must be Ascertained Before Trial; Court Lays Guidelines - 16.01.2024

Karnataka High Court while issuing guidelines to be followed by Trial Court and Special Courts for ascertaining juvenility of accused, has observed that Courts should conduct preliminary enquiry regarding the age of the accused, when presented for the first time in a criminal case.
