All. HC: Unmarried Daughter Falling Under the Category of Aggrieved Person Entitled to Maintenance - 15.01.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that unmarried daughter, irrespective of her religion and age is entitled to obtain maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 if she falls within the category of Aggrieved Person under section 2(a) of the Act.
