Bom. HC: Woman Entitled to Maintenance Even if Living in Matrimonial House - 09.01.2024

Bombay High Court has held that the mere fact that a woman is residing in the matrimonial home is not a pretext to disentitle her to a reasonable amount of maintenance as she still needs some amount towards food, medicine, clothes, and educational expenses for the child.
