Ker. HC: Minor Quarrels Due to Differences of Opinion Don’t Constitute Cruelty - 08.01.2024

Kerala High Court held that minor quarrels between spouses in ordinary life because of differences of opinion or mere sporadic incidents of ill-treatment are not sufficient to establish the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
