Del. HC: Raising Allegations About Husband’s ‘Manhood’ Can be Depressing and Mentally Traumatic - 28.12.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that a wife making averments and allegations about the manhood of a person and making him undergo an impotency test would not only be depressive but also mentally traumatic, has held that such behavior is but an act of extreme cruelty to the husband.
