Bom. HC to State: Formulate Guidelines for Conducting Test Identification Parades - 21.12.2023

Bombay High Court has directed the State to formulate suitable guidelines to be adhered to while conducting a Test Identification parade in cases attracting provisions of the POCSO Act, 2012, and to further suggest Standard Operating Procedures to be adopted.
