Del. HC: Summon Must be Served at Alternate Address if Tenant is not Present on Tenanted Premise - 20.12.2023

Delhi HC while observing that summons must be shown to have been duly served upon opposite party to enable him to apply for leave to defend within the stipulated time, as held that where tenant is absent from tenanted premises, sincere endeavour to serve summons at an alternate address.
