Kar. HC Issues Guidelines to be Followed for Early Detection of Pregnancy in Minor Rape Survivors - 15.12.2023

Karnataka HC while issuing guidelines for early detection of pregnancy in minor rape survivors, has observed that by the time wish for termination of pregnancy is expressed, gestation period is already crossed thus requiring permission of Court which causes mental trauma to both victim and family.
