Ker. HC: Demanding Dowry Won’t Constitute Offence u/s 498A Unless There are Ingredients of Cruelty - 18.10.2023

Kerala High Court has held that unless there are ingredients of cruelty for meeting an unlawful dowry demand or on account of failure to meet such unlawful demand, criminal liability under Section 498A can’t be fastened.
