Kar. HC: PoC Act Provides Two Fold Protection to Public Servants - 11.10.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that PoC Act has conferred a two-fold protection to public servants for offences under the Act; firstly, a prior approval is needed under Section 17A to conduct the investigation, and secondly, where sanction to prosecute the public servant is required under Section 19.
