Kar. HC: When Wife is Living in Adultery, the Question of Maintenance Doesn’t Arise - 09.10.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that when the wife is not honest towards her husband and is involved in extramarital affairs, the question of her claiming maintenance under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 does not arise at all.
