Madras HC: Academic Break Doesn’t Let Go of Husband’s Duty to Maintain Wife and Children - 20.09.2023

Madras High Court has held that merely because husband has taken a study holiday or an Academic break to pursue a Ph.D, his duty to maintain his wife and child cannot take the back seat.
