Del. HC: If Cruelty by Wife is Proven, Husband Living With Other Woman Not Ground to Refuse Divorce - 15.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that even if the husband started living with another woman during the pendency of divorce petition, it cannot disentitle the husband from divorce from the wife on the proven grounds of cruelty.
