Bom HC: Strata of Society Relevant While Deciding Cruelty by Wife Making Unsubstantiated Allegations - 14.09.2023

Bombay High Court has held that while considering the conduct of wife making unsubstantiated allegations, in context of ‘cruelty’ as contemplated under Section 13 (1)(i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the strata of the society to which the family belongs will also be relevant.
