SC: Owner/Employer of Project Who Authored the Tender Documents is the Best Person to Interpret it - 25.08.2023

Supreme Court has held that the owner or employer of a project, who authored the tender documents, is the best person to understand and appreciate its requirements and interpret them and Courts must defer to this understanding unless there is mala fide or perversity in understanding or appreciation.
