Bom HC: Daughter Can’t Continue Maintenance Claim of Deceased Mother - 04.08.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that right of maintenance of wife against her husband is in personam and not in rem, has held that daughter cannot continue her mother’s claim of maintenance from husband after her death.
