Del. HC: Wife Taking Recourse of Law Doesn’t Amount to Cruelty Against Husband - 28.07.2023

Delhi High Court has held that merely because estranged wife had taken recourse to law by initiating legal action before a court of law against husband, it cannot be, by any stretch of imagination, labeled as an instance of cruelty.
