SC: Reimbursement Can't be Refused, Once Insurer Accepts that Concealment of Disease was Immaterial - 07.07.2023

Supreme Court has observed that insurance company can’t be permitted to deny renewal/reimbursement of insurance policy after acceptance of the fact that non-mentioning of the disease from which the deceased wife of the appellant suffered at the time of purchasing the policy was not material.
