HP HC Upholds Guidelines by NABARD Regarding Appointment of Auditors for Cooperative Banks - 26.06.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court has upheld guidelines issued by NABARD regarding the appointment of statutory auditors for Cooperative Banks and observed that conditions imposed therein appear to be reasonably relevant and have a rational nexus with functions and duties attached to post of auditors.
