Kar. HC: Non-Consummation of Marriage Does Not Amount to Cruelty Under Section 498A IPC - 20.06.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that non-consummation of marriage will amount to cruelty under Section 12(1)(a) of Hindu Marriage Act but not cruelty as is defined under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
