Ker HC to State: Consider Representation by CBSE Schools Assoc. Against Proposed Fee Regulatory Comm. - 09.06.2023

Kerala High Court has directed State to consider representations filed by Kerala CBSE School Management Association challenging proposed guidelines framed for setting up Fee Regulatory Committee and fixing fee in CBSE/ICSE affiliated schools and unaided schools that follow Kerala State syllabus.
