All. HC: Maintenance can be Granted by Trial Court from Date of Order if Reasons Exist for Doing so - 16.05.2023

Allahabad High Court while observing that ruling in Rajnesh v. Neha (MANU/SC/0833/2020
) doesn’t completely block discretionary power of trial court in granting maintenance, has held that trial Court has power to grant maintenance from date of order in cases if cogent reasons/circumstances exist.
