SC: Court can Dissolve Irretrievably Broken Down Marriage on Ground of Cruelty - 28.04.2023

Supreme Court while observing that marital relationship which has only become more bitter and acrimonious over years, does nothing but inflicts cruelty on both sides, has held that marriage which has broken down irretrievably can be dissolved on grounds of cruelty.
