Bom. HC: Father/Mother-In-laws Not Entitled to Claim Maintenance Under Section 125 CrPC - 19.04.2023

Bombay High Court has held that parents-in-law are not entitled to claim maintenance from their widowed daughter-in-law under Section 125 CrPC, on the counts that they are not coming under the relation mentioned in the exhaustive provision.
