SC: Fees to Director Not Exempted Under Clause 4 Schedule III of SEBI Stock Broker Regulations - 22.03.2023

Supreme Court while upholding SEBI’s decision to not to grant exemption to corporate entity from payment of fees to director under Clause 4 of Schedule III of SEBI Stock Brokers Regulations, has observed that no exemption can be claimed on ground that Director had already paid the fees.
