SC: Minority School Can’t Claim State Grant for Salary of Employee Retained Beyond Retirement Age - 23.02.2023

Supreme Court while observing that provisions for grant or non-grant in aid to educational institutions have to be uniformly applied has held that minority school would not be entitled to receive any grant for expenditure incurred for continuing employee beyond superannuation age.
