Cal. HC: Seeking Enhanced Maintenance After Blocking Husband's Pension is Abuse of Law - 31.01.2023

Calcutta High Court has observed that case where a wife blocks a substantial source of income of husband and then claims an enhancement of maintenance, is a really difficult situation for husband. This clearly amounts to an abuse of process of law and is against interest of Justice.
